They did not wrap the items with blankets or used the additional shrink wrap I purchased to ensure the protection of the furniture. My matters was dragged into the uhaul and got very filthy. Boxes of cd and dvds were all spread out upon arrival. They did not secure the boxes well. Very bad service and really slow. My daughter and I and two others that were with me did a lot of work. They did not take bed apart. My friend did that. Just terrible service. They only did the loading in Arlington Heights! So glad they were not the unloaders in Madison!!!

The movers were on time, very respectful, nice guys. However they didn't have a clue of how to properly fill a truck. I thought I was getting professional packers who would know how to pack a truck. So therefore a job that should have been no more than 3 hours became 6 hours. I had to leave but I was told they took several breaks. So again it took longer. They only charged a extra $30 per hour but I feel it could have taken less time if they knew what they were doing

Keith and Daryl arrived on time and were ready to work. They quickly helped us unload our POD and put the items in the appropriate rooms. They were so helpful we had them stay an extra hour to help assemble some things. The only issue I had was that on the final bill there was a $10 charge for stairs. When the order was booked it indicated no charge for 1 flight of stairs. While only $10, for me it's the principal of it.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will perform a walkthrough to make sure we know everything before we load or unload your belongings carefully.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have enough pads or protection and labels are a plus if were doing a load and unload we'll know excatly where things go without us asking.

My company has sucessfully moved local homes and businesses all year round.

What training do you provide your crew members?
I train all my movers to use straps and how to properly pad and wrap your furniture to prevent damage while in transit or moving something fragile or antique.
