The movers were professional and swift in their work. Very happy I went with Superior Services.

They were completely a NO CALL NO SHOW. I called and left a voicemail, texted, and reached out to HireAHelper customer support to figure out what was going on. Our money was debited from our account the day before the move and we had to file for a refund with HireAHelper after we waited several hours for the movers to show up. We only had our Uhaul truck for a 6-hour window so we had to do everything on our own with no help.
They screwed us over big time and we still have not heard a word from them.
DO NOT HIRE.

Very rough in all furniture. Didn’t us straps on appliances with the dolly. Banged walls. Big dents in the freezer. Showed up 2 1/2 hours late. Basically worked like a bull in a china shop! I would not use them again!

I called and texted to confirm with contact. Day of move, they called at latest scheduled time and said they were overbooked. When I asked when I could expect them, they stated maybe 5pm? (Was originally 12-1). In the meantime, I rescheduled with a different company and then Superior Service cancelled the job without notifying me.
Would not ever choose them again.

Superior Moving Services are the hardest working men on the planet. They unloaded our 26 ft. moving truck with exceptional care and in warped speed. These guys were very professional and very friendly. Although not necessary, they took extra time after the move to sweep out the moving truck for us. I’d give them more stars if I could.

Bob was awesome but Ryan was horrible. Bob had to do the work of two men while Ryan just watched until my husband asked him to help Bob. My husband couldn't because his shoulder is in a sling. Stuff got broke and damaged, we do have pictures. My husband talked to Eli and gave him details. We ended up not getting all of what we wanted moved because we basically had one mover. Ryan wouldn't work together with Bob like 2 men would with heavy items. Even the wratchet straps Bob had to do it all. Can more of the tip go to Bob? And we would like a call back to give more detail.

Went above and beyond in packing and securing my belongings so they wouldn’t shift on the road trip. Very professional, polite and efficient. Would recommend.

Absolutely would not recommend Superior Services OR Hire A Helper. Booked movers days in advance, and received confirmations from both companies. Come the day of the move No movers show up and no one can reach them. I waited an hour for Hire A Helper to attempt to resolve the issue since they had already put a hold on the payment. In the end their only solution was to cancel and rebook with different movers at a much higher rate. We ended up cancelling everything and had to move everything ourselves. Now my money is held up with Hire A Helper for a service we never received. Horrible experience, horrible service, will never use either company again. If your looking for reliable movers... Look elsewhere

We do it all! Load, unload, pack, drive, assemble - disassemble, clean up. With friendly, and efficient service.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people, and going new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All training is done on the job, but the new guys are never given a task thats tooo much to handle

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
