What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?

What training do you provide your crew members?

I train every crew member personally before they work a single job. We cover proper lifting technique, how to wrap and protect furniture, truck and container loading strategy to maximize space without damage, and how to communicate with the customer throughout the move. The goal is that every crew member works the way I would if I were on the job myself.
