They did a fine job. Arrived on time & got the job done. Only problem, they could have brought better moving equipment. I would use them again.

They were late (arrived at 1045 when they were supposed to be there between 930 and 1030), slow, took too many smoke breaks, and broke some of my furniture by dropping it down the stairs.
I will say for them that they didn't charge for overtime due to the broken furniture which was appreciated. However, I would not use them in the future.

I thought they were very attentive to directions, were very careful with our expensive furniture, arrived on time, and were finished in a timely manner, which included a lot of rainfall. This is a company that I would not only recommend, but I would personally use again.

The crew from Veterans Movers, was nothing short of awesome!! David, Chris, and Joey not only did a great job, but came prepared and highly motivated to get the job done. They worked hard, especially in the crazy heat (not sure why we decided to move in August), and got done in less time than estimated. All three of them were very professional, respectful of us and our stuff....and there was a lot of it.
I would use them again, and would encourage everyone using this service to put Veterans Movers at the top of your list!

This company picked up my move from online. When I called to confirm, no one answered the phone so I left a message. The day before the move I had not heard back from the company so I called again, they apologized but had accidentally double booked and could not do my move anymore. I had to scramble to find another company for the next day.

Dave knows his stuff alright! He knew to take care of the few valuable items that needed to be transported. We did three full loads of a 26ft UHaul!
They were on time, well prepared for the job, worked hard, very respectful of my property and goods, and I would use them again. Not only that, I will recommend them to anyone else who is moving.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call you to discuss your move,as well as arrival time.And answer any questions you may have.The day before you will receive a confirmation call.And moving day we will arrive on time,and ready to go to work.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We arrive,get set up.Go over what needs to be moved.And we go to work.On most move's we do not take breaks.On over 2 hr moves we do however take 5 min breaks about every 2 hrs.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To conserve time we ask that everything be packed and ready to go onto the truck.That you have adequate blankets to cover everything that needs to be covered,mattress bags for all mattress's.Call our office to discuss any questions you may have,Or if you have any special instructions for the movers .
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been long distance movers for over 5 yrs.We have traveled all over the country with residential and commercial moves.We also provide local moving labor.As well as large safe,Piano,and specialized item moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We are people people.We love meeting the people we provide our service too.Many have become friends over the years,and call our office from time to chit chat with Amy our office manager.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our movers are personally trained by the owner.and are chosen by character. A person's character will speak volumes.
