The two young men who showed up were great. They loaded a U-Haul truck at a storage unit and followed us across town to put the items in a different storage location. They were pleasant, fast, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

Our experience with this provider started off well enough... they were on time, courteous and hard working. However, in the course of the move, several items were damaged, one of which they pointed out to me and is just a minor repair.
While bringing some of the furniture to the new house, they accidentally bumped the item into the corner of a brand new desk (damaging it) which had just been delivered earlier in the day by NFM.
While moving our less than year-old refrigerator, they somehow managed to leave a very visible dent in the door and another in the side of the door.
We reported this damage to Hire-A-Helper, but the provider denied causing damage to either the desk or the refrigerator.
We will not be using them again.
