Arrived late without notifying me; showed up at 1pm when scheduled to arrive by 11am. Only 3 movers arrived, not the scheduled 4.
Did not provide boxes, tape, plastic wrap or other supplies requested.
Damaged personal property; snow globe.
Careless handling boxes and other personal property; dropping/tossing boxes around.
Refused to accept an offer to provide more boxes / Refused to pack more items before loading onto truck for shipping.

Mover's response:
I'm sorry that was my helper first day my other helper was on an out of town move. I also let the customer know that i would be late 3 days ahead of the move date. I had all the supplies but the customer was out of the state when we did the move the people that was left in charge didn't say anything about they wanted me to still use my materials. They are supposed to tell me what they want me to pack they did not. We was at a storage thel people left in charge went and sat down the whole move and didn't say anything to us the whole time. After I told him I was giving him all the materials free charge being nice since I knew I was going to be running a little late he said ok. Sorry my first job took longer than expected the customer didn't have anything packed and I promised to help the lady have a heart and be understanding. That's her 5 star review before this one please read it. Thanks for using are service and stay blessed. We even went out the way to put some big wood doors up for them at the back of the 18 wheeler. They couldn't have did that at all and they never said thanks at all.

ABOVE & BEYOND! I moved from one apartment to another and was out of town for work until late the night before. They helped me pack, reassembled furniture and are just generally great humans. Hire them, they’ll make your move far less painful and add a few laughs too. Thanks guys!

These guys were very professional and friendly! They got in and out without damaging anything and very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone they were great. We unloaded ourself and it took like 6 hours for 6 people and these two guys loaded everything in less than 2. Great guys get service.
