I hired a crew of 2 men for 2 hours to unload a moving truck. They showed up with 3 kids of young ages who were "helping". All 5 were in and out of my bathroom. They failed to follow instructions and now the job of unpacking will take twice as long. They also worked very, very slow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This was a terrible and uncomfortable experience.

I ordered 2 movers for 2 hours and they sent 4 workers for 1 hour . This is not a problem since the pods still get unloaded . However I paid for assembly tools to be brought and for a bed and a reclining couch to be assembled. My roommate was there and I was not but they never asked what needed assembly . Secondly they didn't unwrap and haul the plastic wrap like all the other companies I have used do . I recieved a refund for the tools but now I have to use my time and back to assemble the furniture.
