they arrive a little bit late. one of the mover was not careful enough when placing some items inside the apartment. he accidentally hit the side of the wall and created a chip on the paint. overall they did a great job and I really appreciate their service.

The 4-man crew arrived a little late due to traffic issues and worked continuously for the most part throughout the day. It took much longer than expected to pack our 3000 sq. ft. 1-story house, especially since one room was not packed at all due to water damage and a couple others only partially packed. The estimate I was given was for a 3-hour packing/loading job. Instead I was billed for an additional 5 hours at an hourly rate that increased my bill by nearly $1000! The guys, however, were friendly & cordial, but I think the job was totally misrepresented to them.

Eric Watson and Sherman Andrews were careful in preparing my furnishings with shrink wrap and they knew how to make the most of the space in the rented storage POD. They were polite and even took the time to show me how the bed frame needs to be put back together. They were patient and generous and used their tape when I didn’t have enough on hand. I recommend them as quality movers.
