They were scheduled to come between 10 and 11 a.m.
I never received a call stating that they were going to be late.
I called the office and they claimed that they were stuck in traffic.
I asked for them to contact me when they arrived. They did NOT do this.
by the time they showed up at 11:40 a.m. we had most of the unloading
done. They only worked for 1 hour, not 2 and I still had to pay for the 2 hours.
They broke the contract- not me. If they would have been on time then they would have worked the 2 hours. One of the men did not even have any hand truck or dolly- he stated they just use their own muscles.
I tried to get my invoice reduced to the 1 hour payment and they refused stating the only discount I can receive is 5% off the bill. What a joke.

These guys are absolute hustlers, they unloaded a 20 foot Uhaul, a 15 foot Uhaul, and a 6x12 foot Uhaul trailer at TWO different locations in under TWO hours. No damages to any of our possessions, and very friendly men. I’d give 6/5 stars if possible, highly recommend these guys for any move in their service area.

I am making a cross-country move and hired the team to help load my POD. Throughout the process, it was clear that they cared about taking care of my belongings and helping me maximize what I could bring to my new home. Since I ordered the smallest POD, I did not think we would be able to fit everything so they helped me prioritize load in. They packed this POD so thoughtfully that I was able to fit MORE than what I anticipated. They also helped me by dissembling all of my furniture, wrapping it (I provided the plastic wrap), and keeping all furniture pieces (screws, bolts) well organized.
I went into this experience stressed with all of the moving parts, but was able to sit and continue my workday with no interruptions. Pack Dat took care of everything from start to finish. I'm very grateful for the team's hard work.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
