They showed up with a slight delay (had to find someone else, because a team member had a fever) But I really appreciated them doing that, so as not to expose me to anything. They moved quickly and efficiently and were kind a courteous and finished within the allotted time. I would definitely recommend them!

Brilliant Awesome!! Thank you so much for my two men that did a brilliantly awesome job!! I tipped them $20.00 cash each but they did above and beyond job loading up my two U-PACK moving units!! Excellent! The big yellow truck rental company cancelled my reservation 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick up. Then told me they had a truck for me over an hour away in Katy. Having no other choice, I started my journey and called Unity to let them know of the situation. They were supremely flexible and completely understanding! I was so appreciative of their willingness to adjust times and still accomplish the mission. Chris and Chris were very professional, did an outstanding job, and far exceeded my expectations. The two men arrived in the window of time reserved. They eagerly got right to work loading our rental truck and stayed focused and conscientious throughout the entire procedure. We ended up needing them a third hour and were so pleased to have their help to finish up our load. They had a great attitude and were careful with our things.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On there moving day the client will be contacted by Unity Professional movers to notify that the crew is enroute and go over any last minute moving plans!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for a upcoming move is to have everything boxed or bagged and ready to be loaded or unloaded. We always tell our clients that our guys move faster when everything is packed and ready. A mover is able to transport more things thats boxed then carrying one or two things by hand.

All our crew members are hired as moving helpers, that allow us to see a movers experience by them having the least responsibilities! We know within 3 moves as a moving helper a movers experience.
