Great move! The guys were very nice and very quick. They packed the PID like a jigsaw puzzle and got everything. If I wasn’t moving out of State,, I woukd use them on the other side to unload. Don’t hesitate, pick H & M Movers for your next move. You won’t be disappointed.

I booked the minimum required service of two hours and added an extra hour just in case the unloading took longer than expected. The entire POD was unloaded in about 1.5 hours. After the job was completed, I was told they would not refund the unused hour because of their policy. Unfortunately, this policy was never disclosed during the booking process, in any of the confirmation emails, or during my conversations with Mary Rivera while confirming and rescheduling the service.
That said, I want to recognize the moving crew. They were outstanding: professional, attentive, knowledgeable about the city's moving requirements, and handled our furniture with great care. They made the moving experience smooth and stress-free. My concern is not with the crew, but with the lack of transparency regarding the billing policy.

A team of movers who are gentlemen first and who will handle their personal belongings with great care and respect, and who will go above and beyond and give the customer a stress free , worry free experience. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety First! How to lift, carry, assemble/disassemble furniture, how to communicate with the customer during the moving process, most importantly that the customers needs and complete satisfaction of our services is our TOP PRIORITY
