Arrived early and exceptionally prepared for the job, I lost the lock key and they were able to get the lock off, no problem. Also had tools to break down the dining table that wouldn’t fit through the door whole.
I live on the 3rd floor of my apartment building only accessible by way of stairs so extremely appreciative of them.

My second Pod was packed hastily with lots of empty space. Parts of furniture pieces were split between Pods or left behind for me to take in my trailer. They do a great job of stacking moving boxes and tubs, but fitting the oddly shaped items together was not a strong suit. Did find one of the guys had opened up one of my plastic tubs to check out my fishing reel, which I thought was a bit unprofessional.

They were an amazing team of folks. They were kind and courteous and extremely well organized. Unloaded the truck promptly and fit it in my storage with extra room to spare. I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them again!!!

Team showed up on time and got to work promptly. However, not long into the job, one of the crew members got aggravated with another member and shoved a piece of furniture towards him while he was attempting to pick it up from the ramp. The same individual got upset when I requested help with assembling two bed frames and a desk (which was only a portion of our furniture that needed assembly). Overall, they worked quickly and got the job done in less time than expected, but we also ended up with a few dings and scrapes on our walls that could have been avoided. When the job was finished, we tipped them for their effort, but given this experience I will look elsewhere for my next move.
