After my confirmation was given I recieved a text saying they had double booked and the only way they could show up is if we oved the appt back to an earlier time, and then they showed up almost an hour late. With only a stsndard doly, when I told them the item was big, heavy, and delicate....not the worst movers, but certainly not the best.
I was almost charged for additional time, when it was clearly their fault for showing up so late....that and the forced reschedule makes me question both their honesty and integrity.

when you hire movers, of course, you want them to be strong and able to lift things. but these guys were so much more. they were smart, professional, great attitude, careful and meticulous. they made sure my stuff was properly handled. and they worked tirelessly to fit and secure everything right.
