This was a horrible service and i would give this company 0 stars if i could. The day before the service I was contacted to change the time. I was asked if it was okay if the movers showed up 3 hours before the scheduled time. I was driving from 8 hours away and agreed on a 3 pm time after this request. I was then told the day of that the movers would be late and they would contact me when on the way. The movers did not arrive until 3:50. The movers took 2 hours to just unload the truck when i was charged an extra $40 for stairs. The movers did not even attempt to go into the house or use the stairs within that time frame. It then took them another hour which i was charged extra for to move the furniture up the stairs. Multiple members of my family had to help the movers move furniture and boxes up the stairs. A dresser worth thousands of dollars was broken and is now trash. I will now have to pay another moving company to come haul of this trash and buy another dresser which i will then have to pay yet another moving company to move. I attempted to contact the damages department for 5 days and was finally able to talk to someone live. They texted me from an unknown number communicating, but after the claim was processed the number was disconnected and i could no longer contact them. They, ofcourse, do not have a direct number for the damages/claims department. Moving with pride owner, Lesique, told me directly she would contact me to discuss the damages and I never heard from her. I will never use this company again and i would never recommend this company to anyone looking for moving labor help.

Showed up without the proper tools or moving equipment. Had me disasseble my own furniture and broke the wheel off of my dolley I lent them. Packed fragile items on the bottom of the pod, broke glassware,piled a fan on top of my art , balanced a 65 inch tv on top of an antique chair that caused damage to it,found several large scratches on my expensive furniture and bamboo floor, and claimed there was no more room to pack anything. When I opened the pod I found 3 feet of empty space! And they reeked of pot. Sure it may be legal but I do not want you high while packing my things. Worst hiring job to date. What a mess!! And God only knows what mess I will find when I take my things out of the back of the pod. I could not keep an eye on them because I was too busy taking apart the bedroom sets I was told would be done by them

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
