The only person who knew what they were doing was Nicolas. They stacked boxes on top when I explicitly wrote in the box “do not stack on top”. They threw things on top of my plants, so they were ruined. We wrapped more of the furniture than they did. One of them was sick the entire time.
When we opened the truck door, stuff fell on us. They put fragile, wrapped mirrors all the way at the top, and this also fell as we opened the door. Luckily, they didn’t break.

Absolutely wonderful. Chris and Danny are hard workers. They were little delayed getting here , but kept us informed. Very hard working. Needed to be encouraged to take breaks in the heat. Had good ideas how to move the furniture safely. Finish the job in a timely manner. Were very respectful of our property and our home.
If we move again , we will find them to help us. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

Our movers were excellent Mas and Derek were wonderful. They were timely and very efficient and so nice and kind. Just great guys. They were the best part of the day. Everything came out of the pod in great shape.

Only 1 helper (Rick), who was personable, showed at the appropriate time. He was helpful but I did some of the work. After he made several phone calls, I was assured a second helper would be there shortly. The second helper (Marquis) showed about 90 minutes later. We could see the front wall of the container by then. Neither helper came with tools or equipment to help with the move. Marquis appeared distracted and not "with it''". The situation was very unprofessional . I feel I was overcharged for work I had to help with. When speaking with the contact person from Absolutely the Best I was told I would receive a 10% discount for hiring through Hire a Helper. Never happened. I would never use this company again. I paid over $400 for inadequate services I had to help with.
