The gentlemen were very polite, but the truck we received was smaller than the truck we paid for. They missed at least 5 pieces of furniture that they were asked to load and move. We are also missing several smaller pieces that belong to the furniture that was moved.

I used hunk movers 3 times and every time they exceed my expectations. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them.
My review for HireAHelper is not as good. I wish they were not part of the process as they made things tremendously harder and more expensive. I thought by using them through the concierge service it would be easier for me. HireAHelper put me in the middle of coordination, keeping track of hours, etc. with College Hunks. The day before the move there was an issue and we contacted HireAHelper who gave us a number to call to resolve it and it was a disconnected number. College Hunks office found the number on their own and resolved the issue themselves. I should never have had to be involved so much as the customer especially on such a stressful day for me. Plus College Hunks said that by going through HireAHelper is was 33% more than if I had booked with College Hunks (and showed me the proof). I wish someone would have informed me that I was paying such a up charge for this service especially when I had to be so involved because HireAHelper was not involved as they should've been and did not return calls. I recommended to my realtor to not use HireAHelper in the future. I asked for a call back after the move to discuss the issues and no one ever called.

They arrived on time. Got everything load and unloaded quickly. Everything arrived in the same state as it left my original location. Will definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need to move again.

There was a mix up with my move and they rectified it immediately and had someone there when they said they would. When the movers arrived, there was a delay at my apartment outside anyone's control and they were wonderful and very professional and patient. I highly recommend them and would hire again. Isaiah and Robert were fantastic to work with. Thank you for making a difficult day less stressful by your wonderful attitudes and service.

The movers damaged the door of our refrigerator, damaged the entry door handle and broke off the storm door handle. We asked them to replace the refrigerator door but they refused. They sent a check for 1/4 the cost of the door.
