These guys did a great job. They were very courteous, polite, and worked very hard to get the job done in an impressive amount of time for all they did.

They were on time and communicated in advance. I was impressed with the packing supplies and tools they provided. Each worked very hard, efficiently, and professionally. Elite was respectful of the property and used furniture blankets (provided by us), as well as, wrap to ensure no damage to the furniture. I inquired with unloading company about how the packing was and they said it was good. Unloaders would have only done one thing differently, but it did not affect the move. I would recommend Elite for loading/unloading and would also use them again if I still lived in the area.

Not only were they on time and prepared with the proper items to protect our belongings when moving them from our Pod container to our house, they were exceptionally professional, efficient, and helpful. Phenomenal. They showed up on time, excusing my own tardiness because of a longer-than-expected wait at U-Haul to pick up the truck, and immediately got to work. They worked quickly, diligently and were very careful with every item, not just fragile ones. They were polite, highly attentive and understanding. Absolutely would recommend!

Great customer service
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customer will receive a 24 hr in advance to confirm..... Customer will receive a 30 min courtesy call day of move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should always have the secondary location ready. Customer should have as much packed unless we're hired to pack
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved from the Midwest to both coast. No JOB TO BIG OR SMALL
