As of today, this is about the only thing that has gone right in relocating to Tennessee. With the closing being moved and scheduling help to unpack was nerve racking. I booked Midwest Moving Monsters through Hire a helper last minute. Then I had to reschedule because of a delay in closings. I called Paige to reschedule and move a day. Unfortunately, no immediate openings. Paige spent several hours and eventually got a crew together for me. Shout out for her diligence. The crew she scheduled for me Dustin and Robert very professional and courteous. They showed up on Thursday morning and unloaded a vert disorganized truck, from previous crew who did not know how to pack a truck. Robert and Dustin unloaded the truck very quickly and efficiently. Everything was put in its place or where instructed. I cannot say enough good about the company and individuals, Paige, Dustin, and Robert. If you need help moving, I would strongly recommend.

If you're calling The Monsters you should expect your move to be completed safely and efficiently. Care doesn't start at the furniture, it starts on the route to your location! We call or text ahead with eta and pertinent questions and info to ensure we're fully prepared to serve you well and always show up in a timely manner prepared to shake your hand and introduce the crew! Your experience starts from the moment you hear our voices and see our faces and we try to make that pleasant for ya!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparation for move day can be stressful, but don't let it be! All we ask of you is that boxes are properly taped shut, children and pets are safely out of walk spaces and you leave the worksite as clean and debris free as possible. Your safety and ours is priority number 1!
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled it all! Local? Been the best for a while now! Long distance? Been all the way to Texas and the East Coast multiple times over and aren't afraid to go further! Pianos? We love em! Safes and other heavy specialties? Never a question in our mind!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people and places! I would have never met so many incredible people working so many interesting jobs or living so many crazy lives if I had never started this. Not to mention I've seen some of Indy's most interesting and beautiful historic homes!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each of my crew members are expected to reach proficiency in every aspect of the job within three years of being in the business, some people have their specialties and I let that shine when I schedule people as teams. Our skills include, but are not limited to: Loading, packing, padding and wrapping, disassembly big and small, appliance unhooking, tv dismounting and hanging, all necessary lifting knowhow
