They were on tim. My first clue that they didn't know what they were doing was when they started loading all the boxes on first up against the padded end of the trailer instead of putting the furniture in first. The second clue was observing one fellow carrying boxes clearly labled glass without supporting it from the bottom. Then I suggested that they put the glass china cabinet there instead. I asked them to please lift the cabinet to move it rather than sliding it across the wood floor to prevent scratches. She said,"I can see that we will be unable to please you no matter what we do." The owner of the company called me on the phone and said the crew were coming to pick him up and he would be there to supervise the job. However they never returned. Nor did they have the courtesy to say they were not returning! Other than the woman, I don't think either of the other workers had ever done a moving job before. It's scary to think that they were recommended by Hire a Helper to load my furniture and belongings onto a truck that will be two days in transit when they obviously didn't have the basic know how needed. I would never use these movers again, not would I use Hire a Helper again!

We Do It All Movers was excellent! After "All My Sons" cancelled our reservation last minute - we were in a difficult position. Moving from Missouri to Indianapolis, and on the way there in a moving truck with no one to help unload. That's when we called HireAHelper and they set us up with Carrie, Cody, and James at We Do It All Movers. Carrie called us back within five minutes and confirmed our reservation. They were on time, worked hard, were very friendly, and helped get us into our new apartment in less than two hours!
They were excellent by all measures! If we end up moving again in the near future they will be the first people we call! Thanks again guys!
