We informed customer ahead that we had 3 guys instead of the 2 she ordered which proves to be effective as this job had many undisclosed obstacles. I also asked her if could arrive slightly passed arrival window since customer prior underestimated their move a tad. Move was on fourth floor and the only elevator on the premises was not reserved, so we had to stage items outside of elevator upstairs, then unload and stage items outside of elevator downstairs in the lobby before taking items to the truck. This process is tedious and takes extra time that was not taken into account by customer. Anytime we were without an item in our hands was because the hallway outside of elevator was full and we had to wait for elevator each time. The 'issue with the moving truck ' mentioned was the fact that customer had car trailer with car already hooked up which she did not want detached during the load, which meant we could not take out the trucks ramp or use our dolly, and had to step up onto truck with everything single box (hundreds) and every single furniture item. We had to load a fully loaded 26ft truck in this manner and we did it with a smile and zero breaks. If we accidentally left an in unnoticed empty water bottle behind we apologize, as we did not have much trash. I am thankful the move was performed efficiently with zero damage to any property or belongings.

We informed customer we were having rare car issues during one of the hottest days of the year (overheating) and asked if she had flexibility. We were told as long as job got done today, it was all good..we kept customer updated and arrived immediately after issue was resolved. We are grateful for a damage free move and again are very sorry for any inconvenience which might've occurred during during this super rare circumstance.
