They were ontime, worked hard, and respectful however... The way they packed my truck resulted in broken items. The heavy items were placed on top, certain boxes upside down and others crushed. Several pieces of furniture were broken and damaged. My 65" 4K UHD flat screen destroyed. Not happy.

They were on time and unloaded my pod quickly and carefully. They put my bed together and moved some furniture for me. Everyone was friendly. My only concern was that I gave them a $90 tip and no one acknowledged it. Looked kind of mad. Since they completed the job in 1.5 hours I thought that was reasonable. No heavy appliances, no stairs.perhaps I was wrong (?)

The best word to use when describing Mr Gary Wilson & crew is: OUTSTANDING! I spoke with him prior to the arrival day and he informed me of what to expect so when they arrived, I was all set. These gentlemen were hired to unpack relocation cubes. They not only UNPACKED those 4 containers and placed everything in the specific rooms (ie., boxes marked went to living room, bed & dressers to the bedrooms), but they did it all in under the designated timeframe! They treated all my items delicately, even though the items were in boxes marked "clothes" and "books." I'm equally impressed with how professionally they treated me. They asked me how and where I wanted furniture placement and thereby relieving me of a lot of stress I would have had doing these arrangements all by myself. THEY EVEN SET UP MY ADJUSTABLE BED! I couldn't have asked for a more kindly, efficient, professional moving crew - unless I could hire my own family members! I would certainly recommend them to everyone interested in a self move. I will definitely consider hiring them again.

These guys ROCK!!! They showed up hustling since the moment they walked in the door. They had us show them around (that's it) and game planned and executed the entire packing of our truck and filled it to the brim taking great care of our stuff along the way. Efficient and effective! Highly recommended! Hard to find help like this these days but these guys are the real deal! And very friendly too!
