I have moved 5 times within the last year and a half and I have used hire a helper with these moves. I have written glowing reports for other movers, but I cannot give these movers a good report. They arrived at 8:40 a.m. and started to work. They had an elevator to use to help them with this move of a one bedroom apartment. One man stayed inside the Uhaul the whole time on his phone while he waited for the other man to bring the objects down to him. My two family members and myself even helped them carry the items downstairs to speed the process up since they were taking so long. After they were finished, hire a helper called me and stated that I would be charged an extra hour since they went over. I will not use their service again and I will think again before referring hire a helper to my friends since they charged for an extra hour even after I complained about the service.

They were at site on time and handled the things carefully and closed it on time. I recommend them to my friends.

Arrived on time packed all easy stuff first although I asked them to pack the heavy stuff only. Ran over an hour because they did it their way not the Customers requested way. Lots of damage to clothes washer which was packed unloaded beneath dryer. Many nicks on furniture finish. Do not recommend them.

Excellent job Joe and Q were very hard workers. also very polite and enjoyable to work with We had to call an audible and go to storage unit first before main unloading and they accommodated. After that, it was not an easy unload at residence and they were diligent and stayed until completed Very respectful of our things and even helped clean out rental truck afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

The guys were great but neither one of them had a driver’s license with them! I had to drive them thru the security gate in my development.
They worked fast, but placed boxes of books on top of fragile items,
luckily I have not found anything broken so far.
Be sure your employees have and carry their driver’s licenses, state ID is not the same thing!

The two gentlemen were very hardworking and fast. They did not go slow at all or take breaks. What I thought would take 3 hours only took them 2. They were very friendly as well. Thank you for doing such a great job.
