They were there for about two hours. I did not realize that I would get charged extra if I didn’t respond to an email right away. This was not explained in advance. I should receive a refund of the extra charge. Otherwise they did a great job.

I can’t say enough about Jax in the box movers. What a wonder job! Best money I spent on this entire move. We had all our boxes ready, and they stacked them neatly carefully and perfectly, just like a Tetris game perfectly placed. They were done in an hour. I have them coming back to help with all the furniture. The pod is pack secure and tight. Neat clean courteous professional. 5??????????
