Although the crew was almost 2 hours later than expected, once they were on site, they were great. They were very helpful, taking care not to damage the furniture or house. I’d give the on site crew 5 stars and the office support team 3 stars due to the scheduling snafu.

When they arrived they ensured us everything would fit on the pods, there was so much that did not fit due to the terrible way they packed. They used less than half the furniture pads we provided. We had so much damage to our furniture and belongings. They didn’t use the ratchet tie downs we provided and there was so much waisted space! We couldn’t open the pod on delivery. The movers that unpacked were horrified at the job Jody’s did as were we. When Jody’s left they left so much on our driveway s as nd all over the place. They made an already difficult situation so much worse!
