The three man crew was terrible, they had no concern for our belongings. After all the furniture was wrapped in moving blankets they removed the blankets and damaged multiple items. Our floors were scratched with still no solution or care to have it fixed along with walls that were ran into with our furniture. I had to have their supervisor, Tony, come to the house. I told him he could find me a different crew for the next day as they did not care. He came and still the men did not care to listen to him, having them team lift items and items were still damaged. This was the worst experience with a moving company that I have ever had. I’ve worked for moving company’s in the past, and could tell the company did not care to have qualified people representing their brand. Also I feel Tony the man in charge feels the same way! I have called him numerous times to have the floor fixed and he said would be taken care of. The issue has gone on for weeks now and the last response from him was “Well we just can’t snap our fingers and have someone there”!! How is this customer service?! They have no concern for the damages or any sense of concern to fix their faults. The only way I would recommend them is if you’re having belongings hauled to the dump and still you’ll be disappointed. If I was able to give them zero stars I would.

Never, ever use them again!!! South Eastern Elite Movers. Nothing Elite about that company. They showed up 35 min late. The job was to move heavy leather couch down the steps to the truck. We waited, and waited, called the coordinator. Nothing. He was dropping our calls. We ended up taking it down ourselves, as it was starting to rain. They eventually showed up, did 55 min of easy chair, bar stool moving while yapping on the phone. Charged us $300 for 55 min. They did not deliver or do the job they were hired to do. Not worth the money, time and lack any kind of integrity and professionalism.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
