The helpers arrived an hour early, claiming that they had been told to be there at 1:00, but our contacts with HireAHelper clearly said they would be there at 2:00. The helpers were very courteous and finished the unpacking 15 minutes before the contracted two hours. They did not seem interested in helping us re-construct any of the items that the HireAHelper helpers de-constructed upon packing. All in all, a good experience.

The two guys showed up late, it was only 15 minutes however I had to call to see where they were at. They more than made up for their tardiness with hustle. They worked quickly and showed ingenuity regarding loading some of the heavy or unique shaped items. I would use Back-Savers again but would insist that they show up on-time.

Excellent service. They were on time. The guys organized an extreme amount of furniture, etc. into a 26 foot truck, which should have not fit. They made it all fit!!! And they're also very nice people. Would highly recommend them.
