They were ready to work. Moved quickly. The last item was the washing machine to be moved up from the basement. The time was almost up. They moved it quickly and scratched the machine as well as well as the stairwell getting it up the stairs. The machine had to be re-set once in the new location and the scratches are obvious. Over all, the packing of the the storage unit and the swiftness of the team to get the items moved was satisfactory.

I was very impressed with Dave and Melvin. They worked very hard and respected my property. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that they said they would arrive at 8am sharp, but didn’t arrive until 8:50am. They were great about communicating their time delay, though, and because I was on a time schedule, they quickly made up for the delay.
