The movers were on time, very kind and patient and efficient. I will just draw attention to the fact that the movers do not provide a truck unless you specify! It’s in fine print at the bottom of the email (although bolded). Overall, would recommend!

I have not unloaded POD, HOWEVER I expect damage. Had to remind them to shrink wrap items and they forced (jammed) items in. There will be damage.

The guys were nice enough however knew time was limited and a lot needed to be packed but did not seem to work efficiently enough to maximize the time I paid for making me pay for another hour and they still didn’t finish the job. There definitely did not seem to have any hurry in their step. They started they left the boxes and totes in the basement for last which meant I had to move them up the stairs myself. They would carry one small light weight TV table at a time which could be carried in one hand.
Needless to say I was rather disappointed in the service provided but as I said the guys themselves were very nice.
