Well not at first Representative I spoke to this Lovely Lady by the Name of Melissa, she did a Excellent job on setting Me up with the job to be done. After Melissa it went down hill the Lady that was supposed to be at My House between 10 am and 11 am. NAME MARIA NEVER SHOWED. I called the company and asked where is the person that's doing the cleaning in My house second representative I spoke to asked My name and said she will be calling Me back a in min,
Horrible Customer Service. My second time calling about this ON GOING PROBLEM. The second representative I got informed Me that her collie, did call me back because she called the wrong person. All I got was we oh I am so sorry. I said yes this is the sorry company I ever dealt with in My life, the three representative informed Me that the Lady Name Maria was in a car accident. Ok why did I have to call you guys to let you know that your worker is late. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LET THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WAS VERY UPSET AND PISSED THE HELL OFF, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE UP SET WHEN YOUR COMPANY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD OVER $ 300.00 DOLLARS FOR NO SERVICE THEN ABOUT 1 HOUR LATER THIS LADY RING MY DOOR BELL AND WAS APOLOGIZING SO MUCH. SHE TOLD ME THAT I AM MARIA, OH THE LADY MARIA. I TOOD HER YOUR CAR LOOKS OK TO ME. WHEN YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME YOU WHERE IN A CAR ACCIDENT, SHE SAID NO I AM LATER BECAUSE OF SO MUCH TRAFFIC.
WOW SO THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLLY LIE TO ME. ON TOP OF THAT MARIA AND HER CO-WORKER, I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS JERRY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. I'M GONNA LET ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOU GUYS SUCK.

I have moved several times.....most recently office inventory for my employer. Boban (Bobby) was amazing! He returns calls, follows up, in constant contact with updates, and knows the art of keeping calm during a stressful time! He offers suggestions to make the move more timely, efficient, careful, and economical. Not only is he local, but he is nationwide. There is NO ONE or NO COMPANY who can top Easy Peazy!
