The men were polite and respectful but I question whether they had ever done this before. Packed the pod haphazardly and not efficient. Did not load as I suggested. They were pleasant but not very good. I would never use them again and probably not use pods again because of this. Worst job I have ever had!!!
During the move, our movers worked carefully within the limitations of the POD space and also tried to follow loading methods that would maximize fit and safety. We understand there were differences in preference regarding how items should be arranged, and we respect that every customer may have a specific vision for their move.
Immediately after receiving your concerns, we contacted you and offered to send another crew to reorganize the POD at no additional cost to ensure it met your expectations. Unfortunately, that resolution was declined and a full refund was requested instead.
We genuinely regret that we could not reach a satisfactory resolution and wish you the very best moving forward.
