The two gentleman who came did an amazing job and followed instruction very closely. They also took great care of our items while unloading and in calculating how things would fit in our oddly shaped entrance. Everything worked out amazing! On top of that, the price is unbeatable. There were a few minor delays on my part, but the company even through in an additional guy with just a very minimum extra charge. Originally I was in a first floor that happened to change on the day of the move to a third floor apartment. Everyone from KIA and the three guys that were sent was very prompt and got everything off within two hours. I highly recommend and will use their services again.

The young men worked hard but there was clearly a lack of experience. Prior to renting my truck I was told that I rented would be ample room. Upon “completion” of the job they told me my truck was too small and that I should go rent a larger truck After they left I noticed that the truck was poorly packed, having had a similar job in college and to add insult to injury they left the door up on the truck. Ultimately, I ended up hiring more experienced movers to come correctly pack my items in the same truck they claimed wouldn’t work. Hard workers but the lack of experience DEFINITELY SHOWED and cost me basically double to hire new movers last minute.
