The 2 gentleman were on time & packed up in the rental truck in 2 hours. The bed frame was taken apart quickly & packed w all the nuts & bolts to the frame. I was also given advice on how many crew to hire & time frame for the unloading when I get to the final destination. They were professional and pleasant. Communication was excellent in handling the more fragile items, TVs and plants. I'll recommend this company.

The customers expect be contacted as soon as posible. Once we contacted we let them know we received their job and that we would like to discuss the details such as date and time of the service, the address (es), the size of the truck, if there are any specialty items like pianos, safe, antiques or if they need assembly/disassembly help.
