We would rather work all the time and charge less than work sometimes and charge more. Recommendations are our life's blood...which makes EVERY single customer important. Dontae and Tony did as good of a packing job in our truck that I have ever seen, we are packed high and tight. They were courteous and professional and took very good care of our fragile belongings. Our move went very smooth because of their work and I highly recommend this company! We'll done!

They were late and their truck had broke down so they didn’t have a dolly, which was necessary. Nice guys but I would go with a different company....

They changed move from 12/15/2017 11AM to 2PM, then to 4PM but didn't show. When I called to complain, the move was set for 12/16/2017 at 7AM, they arrived at 7:25AM. One of the two movers was lazy and they were both VERY slow. HORRIBLE!

they moved our clutter from upstairs to downstairs since we are laying carpet and moved items from the garage to the empty room in the basement. most of the time when workers talk they quit working, but tony and lee kept their arms moving and their legs moving, too. when they just had 10 minutes left i told them that i needed something else moved and they jumped right at it and got it accomplished. very thankful they showed up. high kudos

Wonderful! They were pleasant and had awesome personalities. Very courteous and professional. I appreciated the continuous updates via phone and text on their anticipated arrival. Orchestrating a move from Florida presented several speed bumps my family and I had to overcome. Using this the awesome folks at BMLKC was one of the easiest! They were head a shoulders above the company that loaded the Uhaul for us on Florida. Great service, great value! They worked expeditiously and tirelessly when I knew they had to be exhausted as it was late evening. The helped us put my granny's bed together and arrange her furniture the ways she wanted. We were so lucky to have found BMLKC. I will call them for future moves and recommend every chance I get to others. I felt like I made two new friends when it was all said and done. I can't thank them enough!
