I hired this company because I needed professional movers during a military move. Unfortunately, the service I received was disorganized, inexperienced, and far below expectations.
The crew was originally scheduled to arrive between 1–2 PM on Friday. After no one arrived, I called around 2:30 PM and was told they might arrive around 4–4:30 PM instead. At that point, I rescheduled the move to Saturday morning because I did not want a crew arriving late in the evening already exhausted from a full workday.
Saturday morning, the crew arrived without proper equipment, and the original team lead had called in sick. One of the workers had only started the previous day and brought in a friend to help. While the acting lead reportedly had moving experience, it was clear he lacked experience leading a professional loading crew.
Within the first 30 minutes, our furniture was dropped three separate times.
I contacted customer support immediately and was told that a manager named Mario would come assist onsite and that we would receive a $100 discount. Mario texted saying he would arrive shortly, but after waiting more than two hours, he later stated he was sick and would not be coming after all.
The workers themselves were polite and willing to work hard, and I do not fault them personally. The problem was that they were not functioning as a professional moving crew. My husband ended up directing and mentoring the team throughout the day. Once the trailer loading became more complex, the crew largely stopped contributing effectively, and we ultimately dismissed them and completed approximately four additional hours of loading ourselves.
If I had simply needed “good guys willing to help,” I could have phoned some friends and saved the money. I hired professionals because I needed experienced movers capable of efficiently and safely loading a cross-country move.
The final cost was approximately $1,000, which is difficult to reconcile with the pricing advertised on the website ($85/hour for two movers after a two-hour minimum), especially given the delays, lack of leadership, lack of equipment, property handling concerns, and the fact that we had to complete a substantial portion of the work ourselves after dismissing the crew.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

The two movers we hired from Mollys Pro Movers were seriously such a huge help. We had several very large and heavy items that they were able to get easily and safely. We also had a couple family heirlooms like a glass display cabinet and a grandfather clock which they were very careful and mindful with. They did a great job playing box truck tetris! They arrived on time and stayed for hours until the job was done. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if we do move again (hopefully not though!). Thanks again, guys!
