They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10. The first guy got here about 10:10. The second guy didn't arrive until 10:30. They brought no hand trucks or furniture dollies. Both of the guys were nice enough but that's about all that was right. One of the guys dragged the box across the new wood floor, leaving scratch marks. He apologized but that doesn't fix the floor. I would not recommend this company.
