Once they arrived, they were whirlwinds of efficiency. Once they arrived, that is. They were 5 hours late due to, by their account, the appointment not synching with Outlook. We've all been there, but I verbally confirmed this over the phone a week prior, so I know it was on their radar. I'm lucky I wasn't on a schedule. I'd use them again if I knew they would be on time.

The job involved moving furniture and items from a storage unit and loading into a rental truck. The movers arrived on time and did a terrific job protecting the furniture with pads, making sure everything fit in the truck and securing the load. At the end the truck was completely full from top to bottom and front to back. Everything fit perfectly. I did not have enough rope, but they provided extra rope at no charge along with cardboard to help protect the furniture. The load was transported 200 miles across the mountains and arrived with no damage due to the excellent packing job. I would recommend them to others.

Kedrick and his assistant were not only on time, but they called ahead and let us know that they were on their way. They arrived with all the tools necessary for our move, and they listened to what we wanted and then went to work immediately. They were very careful with our property and furnishings, and the entire engagement took about half the time we had alloted. We were extremely pleased, and expect to hire them again--and recommend them highly.

They arrived on time. They called me about 40 minutes before they arrive to inform me of their arrival time.
Kedric Jackson and his team mate unloaded my household goods from two small portable containers (door to door containers: 5'x7'x8'). They finished the job within two hours and did very good job. They handled my furniture very carefully and did not damage any packages and apartment structures.
I will use them again.

These guys were amazing! They were perfectly on time (even a few minutes early, which was great), they had everything needed to do the job well, they were fast, very careful with our belongings and were friendly and fun to hang out with, too. In addition to the two guys who helped us move, the owner was there the whole time supervising, which was such a nice, personal touch. I would use them again in a heart beat and I'd recommend them to anyone!

The owner of the company and one helper showed up (I only ordered two people), but the owner spent half the time (literally) on the phone, so the move was very delayed and I was overcharged (since only ONE person was working).
When I originally spoke with them, they laughed at me for getting such a large truck. I told them that I didn't have a lot of furniture, but I had a lot of stuff in boxes. When they arrived, all the owner did was complain about how much stuff I had "for just one person". They had been warned!
When another company, on the other end of my move, unpacked the truck, they said that they had never professional movers do such a bad job of packing a truck.
I wouldn't waste my money on these guys again.

I requested two helpers for two hours -- three helpers showed up with an explanation that they could do it faster. That was an indication of how they proceeded to do the work -- fast with little care for where boxes were put even though all boxes had a target room on them. It just seemed like they were in a hurry and I didn't get that feeling a customer likes to have that this job is the most important thing on their minds.
The large items were handled well and they did get everything from the two containers into the house quickly, but we have since had to move many boxes to the correct room.
