As long as you have all the packaging materials you will need, this is a good service (we didn't know how much we'd need--if you arent a mover how would you know--that is a downside). At the time of this writing, I haven't received boxes/the container to see how items were packed.
Our situation was different in that i hired an (800 sq ft) container along with this service from a different state to pack up my elderly father.
My father liked the workers and said they worked really hard. They packed up his studio into the container.
However, this service is not for all moves and one must know exactly what their needs are. This is no high end moving service. But customer service was pleasant and the job was completed in 6 hours.

Four strong fellows were sent! They did a fantastic job! They were very friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

They were polite young men. Hard workers but, they did have 1 oops! They dropped one corner of my glass China hutch top on the cement driveway. They did peal back a top portion of the padding and cardboard protection and didn't see any broken or cracked glass, but we can't be sure until it reaches its destination and is totally unwrapped!
When I made the reservation I specifically said they needed to bring hand TRUCKs AND moving dollies. They brought the hand trucks but said they were not told of the moving dollies and consequently they had a bit of a struggle with several pieces like the China hutch top for one. In making the reservation I said there was a safe to be loaded. When the writeup came back it said a "gun safe". I got back in touch and corrected it telling them NO it is not a gun safe, it is a safe! My husband and our neighbor helped the 2 young men in getting it loaded.
