- Arrived on time
- There was no damage to the any goods during loading, transporting and unloading.
Bad
- Fail to fallow instructions. I requested to load the big things first and leave the boxes behind since we can move them in our cars.
- They move a lot of big items and start loading boxes until there was room for anything else.
- The left behind the 3 TVs, a TV stand with two glass shelves, glass tops for the two wine racks and the glass top of the pub table.
- They disassemble the 2 sleep number beds in 11 big pieces and dozens of bolts and washer for each bed. there was no reason for that but it took longer and we end up paying for extra hours.
- We had to rent a van to finish what they unnecessarily left behind. I paid around $280 for the rent and get back just $75 for a work that was in completed.
We had a heated argument when they unloaded asking for me to sing as the job was completed. the sleep number bed where into pieces and even some parts and their tool box was left behind in Durham which is 3 hrs drive from.Cherryville.
I am a project manager and move a lot around the country executing capital project for pharmaceutical industries. Some project last between 6 month and 3 years. I had professionals movers which bring their boxes, protect the glasses with paper or bubble wraps and never had a situation like this.
I will not recommend Let’s Move for not following instruction even they ask if they could put the glass tops in my car. That was not professional.

Crew arrived on time and quickly assessed my load and started promptly. Two carried everything downstairs to the pod as the third arranged the items like it was a 3-D puzzle. I wasn’t sure everything would fit but it did. Crew was careful and respectful.
