These guys were on time, move to 840 lb safe with no damage to the floors or walls and they were communicative which I appreciated a lot giving that moving is such a stressful deal. They also unloaded a completely full 26 ft truck in about 2.5 hours

They were not professional. They were amateurs. Handled things roughly. Packed things so tight it caused scraping on furniture. Would not recommend them.

I was planning to give them 5 stars but due to the unprofessional way of handling one issue, I gave them 3. They did a good job in moving our stuff to PODS but they forgot to bring rope to add in PODS container. they promised to come back in few hours with rope and fix the container but they never showed up once the job is completed. I called next day too but they stopped taking our calls and never called us back.
