I’ll just try to say things honestly. In the past, we had used movers through U-Haul. 3 moves in the past year with the same stuff and two guys moved it all in 2 hrs. No overages. No issues. My daughter set up this move for her stuff through hireahelper. They required 4 people for minimum of 2 hrs. Ok, it’ll get done faster and in two hrs or less and I’ll pay for 2. Unfortunately, instead of 4 workers, only 3 came. Instead of two hours, it took 4. So I paid many dollars for the extra time. I will say they were careful. I think the extra time was probably the shrink wrap they applied to many items. That will be protective, but cost me an extra $400 in labor and materials I had not anticipated. I would recommend the workers for their care.
I would not use this service again due to the extra unanticipated cost.
We do want to clarify a few points. Move times can vary significantly, even when the amount of furniture appears similar to previous moves. Our crew’s priority is to move items safely and minimize the risk of damage. This includes properly protecting furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap when needed. While this process can add time, it is an important part of providing a professional full-service move rather than simply loading and unloading unprotected items.
We also understand your concern regarding the crew size. Although four movers were originally requested, only three were available for the job. We recognize that this may have affected the completion time, and we understand why that would be frustrating when you were expecting four movers.
We never want a customer to feel surprised by the final cost. Your feedback regarding communication about additional time and packing materials is valuable, and we will use it to improve how those potential costs are explained before and during a move.

The customer service was great but once I got into my residence I found some irreplaceable items were missing
