The two gentleman that showed up were nice enough; however, they lacked experience and manhandled very expensive furniture. They needed constant supervision. The reason I would NEVER use their service again is their manager. I used their service for 1 hour and 55 minutes for which they charged $500. At the end of that time, their manager attempted to charge me another $180 stating I went over the 2 hour time limit; he tried arguing me. When I advised I had a ring camera which documented the time their "movers" arrived and when I told them they were done and I am done with the conversation, only then did he relent. This is a SCAM.
However, we’d like to clarify a few important details. Your original booking was for 2 hours. Before the move began, you contacted our office and requested that an additional 2 hours be added, extending your reservation to a total of 4 hours so there would be enough time to complete the job.
Our crew worked for approximately 2 hours and 33 minutes. During the move, they asked where you wanted certain items placed, which is standard practice to ensure furniture is positioned exactly where the customer wants it—not because they required constant supervision.
At the end of the move, we requested payment only for the additional time that had been worked beyond the original 2-hour minimum. After discussing the matter, we chose not to charge you for the extra 33 minutes, even though our crew remained on-site providing service during that time.
Strong Household Movers has built its reputation on honest pricing and quality service. We do not engage in scams, and we stand behind our work. While we’re sorry we couldn’t reach an agreement regarding the additional time worked, we wish you the very best moving forward.

The men were polite and respectful but I question whether they had ever done this before. Packed the pod haphazardly and not efficient. Did not load as I suggested. They were pleasant but not very good. I would never use them again and probably not use pods again because of this. Worst job I have ever had!!!
During the move, our movers worked carefully within the limitations of the POD space and also tried to follow loading methods that would maximize fit and safety. We understand there were differences in preference regarding how items should be arranged, and we respect that every customer may have a specific vision for their move.
Immediately after receiving your concerns, we contacted you and offered to send another crew to reorganize the POD at no additional cost to ensure it met your expectations. Unfortunately, that resolution was declined and a full refund was requested instead.
We genuinely regret that we could not reach a satisfactory resolution and wish you the very best moving forward.
