Excellent job by Mach 1 Moving. This was my first time ever hiring movers, and they made the process so easy. They were punctual and efficient, taking great care to ensure all of my belongings were protected appropriately when loading into my storage pod. They were rushing initially (running late), which was stressful because I had a Pod that was using city service and for a limited about of time. Because they rushed they did not hear what big furniture items I wanted moved and it caused issues later on. They were nice, but very inefficient as well. The handyman I hired the day before said the bed would be very easy to dismantle so I left it for these guys who spent an excessive amount of time dismantling the beds and not as much actually moving furniture.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
