The guys were friendly, courteous, and proactive with their communication. They handled our belongings with care.
I do wish I had looked more closely at the PODS container before they left. They were booked for 2 hours and both arrived late and left early. A significant amount of furniture and boxes were not able to be loaded and I just assumed we had too many belongings. The next day I rearranged the PODS container myself and was able to fit all of my belongings in. They did not stack items very high which left a lot of the usable space empty and open. I appreciate the help with getting the large items in, but I'm not sure that it was fully worth the money considering I did several hours of my own work afterwards.
At J2 Big Moves, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. Before we leave every job, we always check with our customers to make sure there's nothing else they need and that they're completely satisfied with our work. We truly wish this had been brought to our attention before we left, as we would have gladly rearranged the PODS and made it right on the spot.
