Arrived 15 minutes late. Tried to modify work order for cash. They were not prepared to move a heavy hospital bed, as identified in the work order. Took 2 hours to move one item, completely disassembled the bed, did not reassemble it, broke a piece off that has not been replaced/repaired yet. I generously paid for an extra hour of labor to move 3 other items which took 15 minutes.
Will not use again.

The customer told us this was a regular bed, when we arrived and seen the HOSPITAL MECHANICAL BED THAT WAS 600 POUNDS AND THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS THAT CAME WITH THE BED. SHE TOLD US THAT THEY ASSEMBLE THE BED INSIDE THE BEDROOM. SO WE HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THIS BED OUT THE ROOM WITH ONLY 2 OF US. SHE HAD CALL HER SON TO COME HELP OUT.BY THE TIME HE GOT THERE WE HAD ALREADY HAD THE 600 POUND BED REMOVE FROM THE BEDROOM TO THE GARAGE. THE ASK US HOW DID JUST THE 2 OF US MOVE THAT BED,HE TOLD US IT TOOK HIM AND 3 OF HIS FRIENDS TO MOVE THE BED. I ADVISE TO THE CUSTOMER THAT THE PIECE WAS A SCREW ON THAT IT WAS NOT BROKE. WE AT NAUTICA'S ALL WAYS GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE, BUT SOMETIMES CUSTOMERS HAVE THEIR OWN OUTLOOK ON THINGS WHICH THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TOO. WE JUST LEARN FROM IT AND STRIVE FORWARD TO ENSURE WE BE BETTER THEN THE LAST JOB.

These guys were No Shows. Cancelled on me the morning of my move!!

Our apologies if you misinterpret or didn't understand. Her move was scheduled for 08/22/20 we call the customer on 08/21/20 to inform her that we wouldn't be able to do her move because we had transportation issues, we advise her that she could contact hireahelper and ask can she request new movers due to the fact that we couldn't get to her on 8/22/2020. So she ask could we make it Sunday I advise her that's not a guarantee due to fact we had to find someone last minute to repair our vehicle. So long story short,we didn't get our vehicle repaired. So we had to cancel for which we did the night before her move. We at Nautica's Moving Services always put Customer's first no matter what and the best way is communication at all times if you read our other views you'll see how we operate. Once again our apologies.

The did the job and was able to move from point A to B. BUT they were a couple hours late and when they arrived they came with two kids that I’m pretty sure went through my stuff and stole some stuff from me including money, if not the movers themselves. Most likely won’t be using them again.

You are sadly giving false information, My sons are not thieves and we dont seal. I say in contact with you that hold day and advise you that we would be arriving late due to the fact a couple of our jobs went over. I bought 4 movers so that we could get your move done quickly and as well accommodate you for us being late.You only request 2 and only paid for 2 movers. I'm very disappointed with this review you given you even tip us and told me Rob personally that you would be using our Services again and then you tip us. Bye the way my sons are not kids one is teenager and my oldest son has graduated High School and going to the Marines. I bring them to work to show them hard work so they strive for better and be better. Thank you for choosing Nautica's Moving Services. Nice guys who work really hard! Will absolutely hire them again. They kept in touch prior to arrival and began work immediately upon arrival. Nothing was damaged and everything was handled with care.

Highly recommend Robert and his team. Polite, efficient and conscientious. Very safe and treated our stuff like it was theirs. Just truly an amazing experience. Plan to use them again!!!
