They called early to let me know traffic was slow. When they arrived i informed them that elevator to the 6th for was down. Which meant furniture would have to be carried by stairwell to the fourth floor to use the other elevators
Their response was amazing and they were so positive they could deal with it. Luckily the elevator was fixed in a half hour.They were absolutely the best experience I have ever had with movers. Nothing was too big or too small for them to handle.
