Dell and Ron did a phenomenal job, came with the tools/supplies that someone might need. Showed up right on time, great communication when on the way, and kept all our belongings safe while loading up our truck for a cross country move. Would absolutely hire them again for any needs!

I originally scheduled my move for 10am-11am window, but was able to adjust it to 11am-12pm without any hassles. The guys arrived at 11:15, which was great.
Unfortunately my move started a couple hours late due to problems with the Free Up Storage regional manager. I would not recommend using Free Up Storage. The manager caused the delay knowing the movers were ready to start and were on the clock.
The movers were very understanding about my situation. They were prepared upon arrival and took great care of my furniture and other property. They worked really hard to stay within the amount of time I had reserved and only went over by 30 minutes, (which wasn't their fault). I would definitely use them again. I was extremely satisfied with how friendly they were and how hard they worked.
