Steve and Ronnie did an excellent job. They arrived in fact, early. They called ahead of time to ask permission to arrive one hour ahead. They fit all of our items in place like a puzzle. We had some previous doubts that the POD would hold everything, but the helpers were devoted to seeing it happen. They put heavier and bigger boxes starting at the bottom of the POD, with the lightest of the boxes at the top. They respected the fragility of items marked breakable. The helpers worked very hard. Many of my paintings still needed to be wrapped with bubble wrap and put into boxes which Steve cleverly shaped for lamps and large art work. We are pleased with the arrangement of items, and how well everything ultimately fit into the POD. We are very pleased and relieved with the results. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I was so impressed by the team that helped my family move and pack our rental truck. We knew our items would just fit in our rental truck and the team made it work! The team worked so well together to skillfully load our items to ensure that our items were safely and securely stored and that everything fit. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was prepared and ready for the team when they arrived, which I think also made things go quickly. Communication before the job was great - I felt confident they would do a great job and they did. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The first thing we wanna do if possible is an in home estimate to go over everything in person , it gives the customer a chance to meet us and also we can give them a good understanding of what will be needed and an estimate of how long it will take. If that’s not possible we go over everything in detail over the phone . We stay in contact before the move to make sure if extra services are needed we are there to help.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt arrival time, they can also expect every piece of furniture to be wrapped in a furniture blanket and fully padded before it is moved . We offer disassembly and reassembly of any items . Full line of moving equipment and tools. To make the move as smooth as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure all the boxes are packed and taped . All electronics are disconnected , and really just be as prepared as possible .
What types of moves have you handled?
We do it local, long distance, loading , unloading , full pack and move, offices , pianos , hot tubs , we also can move many specialty items .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Without a doubt it’s being able to provide customer service and care . We pride ourselves on how we are involved in the moving process from start to finish . We are able to provide most of the same services as the major companies at an affordable rate and it shows in the amount of work we receive from referrals . We get it moving is stressful , we are here to make it as hassle free and cut down on that stress for our customers!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every crew member is personally trained by Steve or Matt . We pass our experience to them so we are confident they can hold up to our standards.
