I paid them for two hours. Everything was brought in one hour, and then took them an hour to take doors off of refrigerator and bring it in. They didn’t put it back together and were not very nice about it when we mentioned it to them. My husband is now trying to put the doors back on. I definitely would not hire them again and should be compensated for the work they didn’t do. We are now trying to do to put this refrigerator back together again because they left the pieces all over the place and we still have not been able to figure out how to do it.

The guys were a little late but not their fault. Road construction but they did keep in contact on their progress. They came prepared, worked hard and very respectful of my items. Also very professional when i asked for certain things to be placed for easy access in the storage unit. Please let their boss know it was a pleasure working with them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All customers can expect punctuality on moving day. We also get the job done quickly and efficiently while taking care of all items. We like to make sure we are not having you pay more than what you need to.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All customers can prepare for moving day by either renting a truck or having us rent the truck (this is usually determined before moving day). If we are just loading, it is very helpful that all items are packed and ready to be moved. If we are packing for you, just sit back and relax! If you have any specifications on how you want items packed just let us know.
What types of moves have you handled?
We all handled any type of move you can think of! Our team has performed office moves, residential home moves, and apartment moves. We have handled items such as pianos, pool tables, gun safes, workout equipment, garage equipment, and much more! You name it and we can move it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is seeing how happy we make customers and how helpful our work is to them. Also, if you take a look at our photos we pride ourselves in being professional Tetris players to ensure all of the space in the truck is utilized correctly!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our crew members the CORRECT way to pack items both in boxes and on the truck. We make sure that everyone knows that there is always something to help with and that standing around is not an option. During the hiring process, we make sure that our movers have excellent customer service. Our team is trained to know what items should and should not be lifted by oneself.
