This was definitely hired labor. Super nice guys, polite, on time, worked hard… But did not know how to pack a pod. Small refrigerator was set on top of a couch before I asked them to move it. And unfortunately, after they left, I looked in the pod and cushions were off of the chairs and placed on floor as padding. They did not use my blankets to cover any of the furniture. Lamps were put on top of a couch instead of on the floor, where there was plenty of room. The packing of the pod was not professional. I tried to go in and move things, but I could not get in deep enough. The pod was plenty big enough but they did not take good care of the furniture or the chairs. And did not use the blankets I provided except on top of the dresser. I should’ve been more vigilant in direction. I thought they were actual Movers and that was my mistake.

I've moved half a dozen times. This is, by far, the worst moving experience I've had. I lost count of how many of my items were scratched or damaged due to poor handling by this team. Went over time due to slow pace. Would not recommend these movers.

The two gentlemen showed up on time, and had the equipment needed for moving business equipment and furniture to the new office location. This job was scheduled in June and they completed it timely despite the hot weather.
