WARNING! THEIFS & WILL BREAK YOUR PROPERTY! Do not hire these people. Not only did they break my 55" TV on move in, they stole my property (of all things my underwear bin.) they showed up 2 hours late to unload my truck, and when I asked about the theft and breaking of my TV, I was slandered, cursed at, and told "*** * *****" and "Your a horrible excuse for a human being." Not only do they have terrible customer service, but they are unprofessional and unaccountable.
We only unloaded your items about 10 feet from the truck to your apartment while you stood there and watched every second... Calling someone a "Theif" is a BOLD statement. I advise you to back this up with a police statement and a polygraph lie detector test at YOUR expense $. I was present on the job myself , your TV was not boxed properly and was packed by amateurs. You may have been too intoxicated and hit too many speed bumps. ?? .... seriously your racist comments about my employee are unacceptable. Hireahelper should cease all contact and service with you as you are litterlay trying to extort a small labor crew for the expenses of your own mistake and your own move AFTER hireahelper already compensated you..... So yes you are a sorry excuse for a human being. You should try to fit 3 or 4 in your BIG old lying mouth. Our many other reviews speak for themselves.

A phone or email confirmation with details. Communication is also important. We understand that moving is already stressful.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our moving labor crew will call 30-60 mins prior to arrival. The lead member will update you with an ETA. Our movers will arrive on time, ready and with proper equipment. (Dollies and hand tools as requested)
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By making sure all boxes are stacked and CLOSED properly. Make sure they are securely taped on the top and bottom. This will allow our movers to stack them as needed, as well as help make moving them less dangerous while making it possible to fill every inch of your truck or container.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are prepared to handle local and long distance loading or unloading. This also applies for special care items such as, fine art, hot tubs, spa,gun safes and pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting a great workout and meeting great people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are properly trained prior to being set out for work. Sometimes this means a 3rd mover in training may be on the job watching and getting familiar with our techniques. We uphold a dedication to quality of work.
